You may return your product for up to 30-days after the initial purchase date. The item must be within the guidelines outlined in the return policy. Special order and custom parts are not returnable. If we are at fault then we will replace or exchange your item at our discretion.
We are happy to refund the purchase price of your item minus a 15% restocking fee. You will receive your refund after we get the item and inspect it. Any item shipped back to us without previous authorization will be refused and the customer will pay for any shipping charges. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
Instructions for return:
- Contact us within 30-days of the original purchase date. You can email us directly at 1-877-563-1208. Please provide your order number and the part number of the item you would like to return. Please also provide a reason for your return
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that you should clearly display on the outside of the returned shipping box.
- If possible make sure to package your items in the original packaging including any tags, instructions, and/or related hardware. Ship your items back using the shipping carrier of your choice. Make sure to receive a tracking number, as we are not responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged in shipment.
- Once we receive your return we will inspect the item and issue your refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
What can I return?
In the case that you are not happy with your order or you received the wrong part you may return it to us. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to be determined at our own discretion.
What is not accepted as a return?

- Custom painted items
- Installed, modified, drilled, or cut products
- Gift Cards
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order you will need to call us immediately at 1-877-563-1208. If the order has not been shipped, then we can cancel your order.
If your order was damaged during shipment then please notify us immediately. Take photos of any damage including the box that the item was shipped in. DO NOT INSTALL DAMAGED PARTS. You will need to file a damage claim with the shipping carrier. We can be of assistance if you contact us at 1-877-563-1208 and let us know about the damage.
